Patient Participation Group

Would you like to have a say about the services provided at Lumley Surgery?

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is an informal group of patients who meet approximately 4 times per year to discuss how the practice is doing and what can be done to improve the quality of the service. Anyone interested in expressing their views is very welcome to join the group - in fact the more members the better! But if attending meetings is not for you, you can still be involved. By joining our email group, you can send in your views for discussion at the regular face-to-face meetings. You will get minutes of the meetings which show the decisions and actions taken by the PPG.

Your opinions are important to us so if you would like to join the group, please complete the form below and return the form to reception for the attention of Helen King (Practice Manager).
